In November 2006, LandAmerica Tax and Flood Services, Inc. purchased GeoLogix Flood Services, LLC. As part of the GeoLogix migration to LandAmerica Lender Services, beginning the evening of March 9, customers will be re-directed to LandAmerica's website (LATFnet.com).

We have included a copy of the LATFnet User's Guide for 2007 (PDF) to assist in the efficient use of the new website. The website will have a slightly different look and feel, however, the required data fields are the same. LATF User Guide
REQUIREMENTS:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater.

From the Microsoft Internet Explorer menu choose: Tools, Internet Options, and click Settings button for Temporary Internet Files:

Make sure "Check for newer versions of stored pages" is set to: Every visit to the page and click Okay to save this setting

Make sure "To clear your temporary internet files", click on Delete Files, and check the box to Delete All Offline Content, click Okay to save these settings
